Refund policy

In order to ensure the high quality of the products we manually check all the items before sending. However, it is still possible that your product is faulty or you otherwise want to return or exchange it. You are entitled to return or exchange an item within 14 days after receiving it. If the product is faulty or you have received something you have not ordered, you will be refunded the shipping costs. In other cases we will not refund the shipping costs.

In case you want to return an item, please first send us an email to jutta.kuure (at) taigacolors.fi indicating the order number and the reason for the return. We will then give you the instructions how to return. Remember that if you want to return / exchange a flawless product, it should be in flawless condition also when we receive it.
